7. To maintain even, consistent gaps and proper door operation, the case must be leveled front-to-back and side-to-side. Ensure that the
case is set square to within 1/8" (
). After the case is set, use at least a 48" level to ensure the case is level. Add additional
shims as needed under specific bases.
8. Cases should be set with a slight backward tilt to offset the forward lean of a fully loaded case. We recommend an additional 3/8" of shims
be installed under the front bases after the case is leveled (

Approximate tilt back of empty case:
1" on standard depth case
7/8" on Deep case

1. Measure squareness from top right corner of the case to the bottom left
corner of the case.
2. Measure again from the top left corner of the case to the bottom right
corner of the case.
3. Measurements should be equal. Difference should be no more than 1/8".
