Unloading from dock with a forklift
can be dangerous.
When unloading from trucks to dock,
without driving at a platform, lies
the platform under the dock. The
platform raises whereupon unloading
take place. If the platform reaches
permanent point under dock, the lift
be loaded with all the load you have
taken away from the trucks bed.
The CONCEALED overload
Check that there is enough room for the
platform below the dock
Unloading from truck with a

dangerous.
The forklift drives onto the platform
which has been lowered to the
ground. Be sure not to unload
more than taillift maximum loading
capacity. Example: When the forklift
lifts the load (2000kg), the taillift will
be loaded with 2000kg. The platform
is also loaded with the weight from
both forklift and load.
You can’t overload the ZEPRO-lift when lifting or tilting up. The pressure relief valve will
prevent it. At lowering or at ”resting platform” is however the overload unlimited.
