7.11 ELECTRICAL SYSTEM
The Rotax 912 ULS engine has a built in generator with performance of
250W@5800 rpm, 14.2 +/- 3 V.
The electrical system consists of a 12V starter battery, regulator/rectifier and
master, starter und alternator relays. The system is activated with the use of
the master switch. Battery loading (B-Lead) is activated by the alternator
switch.
The system is fused by simple fuses, fused switches and resettable breakers.
The following components are fused by ordinary fuses:
Power Distribution Bus 1 (Fuse Block 1, cabin side firewall)
Skyview Power 1
Skyview Power 2
Essential Bus Diode
USB Receptacle
Aux Receptacle
Essential Bus (Fuse Block 2, cabin side firewall)
Starter Switch
Flaps
Trim
VHF Com
Fuel Pump
Transponder
In-Line Fuses
2 x Essential Bus (behind Panel close to PIC throttle)
External Charge Plug
The following components are fused by switched breakers
Power Distribution Bus 2 (Instrument Panel left)
Autopilot
Navigation Light
Strobe Light
Landing Light
