HEPA is equipped with grid cover reducing pollutants
sedimentation on the filter’s active surface, wherethrough the
life time of HEPA filter can be extended.
The basic filter HEPA (High Efficiency Particulate Air) class
H washable is located at the outlet of cyclone filter container.
In the HEPA washable filter there was a special filtering stuff
applied, this stuff allows to wash the dirty filter with running
water and then the filter can be reused.
At the vacuum cleaner outlet there is an exhaust filter HEPA
class H13 (non-washable) installed.
These filters have extremely high filtering capability, they
are made of special fibers that can stop almost all dust
molecules. The H and H13 class defines the filtering
capability of given filter. The HEPA H filter stops 95,5% of
0,3 micron size molecules, and the H13 filter can stop even
99,95% of molecules.
Before changing the filters make sure that the
vacuum cleaner is switched off and unplugged
from the mains supply.
HEPA BASIC FILTER
It is necessary to clean periodically the basic filter HEPA to
remove small dust fractions.
Disassemble the dust container „CYKLON” and empty it
according to point
(H)
.
1
Turn the basic filter HEPA
(21)
towards position UNLOCK
and remove it towards yourself.
2
Remove the basic filter protective grid
(22)
.
Clean the grid, wash it and dry it accurately. In case of
●
grid damages replace it with a new one.
Due to safety reasons it is disallowed to put the
wet protective grid.
Clean the creases of basic filter HEPA
●
(21)
. Filter can
be washed with running water. Dry the filter accurately.
In case of filter crease damage one should replace the
filter absolutely with a new one.
Due to safety reasons putting neither the wet
nor damaged basic filter HEPA (21) is allowed.
3
When the grid and HEPA filter are cleaned and dried, put
the protective grid onto HEPA filter, then the complete set put
into dust container „CYKLON”.
4
Press the lock button and turn HEPA basic filter towards
LOCK position.
Put the dust container „CYKLON” together with installed
●
basic filter HEPA into the chamber of vacuum cleaner
and then close the cover until you hear the characteristic
sound („click”) according to point
(H)
.
HEPA 13 OUTLET FILTER
The vacuum cleaners are equipped with outlet filter HEPA
class (High Efficiency Particulate Air) H13.
1
The outlet filter HEPA 13 should be replaced when the
filter’s surface is dirty, or in case when the outlet filter’s
replace indicator lamp
(14)
is turned on (pulsating red
C
D
light). Simultaneously with turning on the light of outlet
filter’s replace indicator, the sound signalling of outlet filter’s
replacement is also turned on (so called „Buzzer”), and the
suction power of vacuum cleaner will be reduced (setting 1).
2
In order to replace HEPA 13 filter, lift up the handle of
vacuum cleaner. Then hold the cover of outlet filter
(1)
at
two outstanding catches, pull strongly the outlet filter’s cover
using your thumbs, and lift it upwards. Put out the outlet
filter’s cover from the vacuum cleaner.
3
Take out the cassette of HEPA 13 filter, replace the waste
cassette with a new one. The HEPA 13 filter makes possible
the efficient usage of vacuum cleaner for ca. 1 year.
4
Put the cover on in following manner: two ledges located
in the lower part of cover should hit the gaps in the casing
of vacuum cleaner, tighten the cover of filter until the back
catches snap on the casing.
INLET FILTER
Release the catch of front cover
●
(15)
and open it.
Take out the bag module SAFBAG/dust container
●
„CYKLON” from chamber of vacuum cleaner.
1
Put out the cover of inlet filter together with installed inlet
filter from the guide rails located on back wall of vacuum
cleaner chamber.
2
Take out the inlet filter from the inlet filter cover.
3
Put the new filter into inlet filter cover
(28)
. Pay attention
whether the edges of filter cling closely to the cover of filter.
4
The cover of inlet filter
(28)
together with installed filter
press home into guide rails to the previous location.
The damaged inlet filter should be replaced with
a new, genuine manufactured product only.
Put the bag module SAFBAG/dust container “CYKLON”
●
into the chamber of vacuum cleaner. Close the cover
by pressing it until you hear the characteristic sound
(„click”).
NOISE DAMPENING FOAM
1
In order to clean the noise dampening foam
(27)
lift up
the handle of vacuum cleaner. Then hold the cover of outlet
filter
(1)
at two outstanding catches, pull strongly the outlet
filter’s cover
(1)
using your thumbs and lift it upwards.
2
Put out the cover of outlet filter
(1)
from the vacuum
cleaner. Turn it round and next put out the noise dampening
foam
(27)
from the cover.
3
In case the noise dampening foam
(27)
is dirty, there
is an opportunity to wash it with the running water. Before
re-installing remember to dry the foam.
Due to safety reasons it is disallowed to put the
wet noise dampening foam.
4
Put the washed out noise dampening foam
(27)
into its
previous location. Put the cover on in following manner: two
ledges located in the lower part of cover should hit the gaps
in the casing of vacuum cleaner, tighten the cover of outlet
filter
(1)
until the back catches snap on the casing.
