Start the appliance.
We recommend you to use the “PULSE”
programme or set the appliance at the
maximum speed.
Use the mill to grind one type of product only.
Grinding of various products immediately one
after another without careful washing may
result in diffusion of odour and/or flavour from
one product to another one.
The stand blender should not be running
continuously for more than 30 seconds with
the grinder. Switch the appliance off after 30
seconds, and wait another 30 seconds before
you run it again.

When the grinding has been finished, set the knob in the
”OFF”
position and unplug the appliance from the mains
socket.

Turn the grinder, so that the mark on the grinder lid is
in line with the
symbol on the motor unit. Then remove
the grinder from the motor unit.
Always wash the grinder container and the base
with blade unit in warm water with washing-up
liquid immediately after use. Wipe the grinder
sealing ring with a damp cloth.
Cleaning and maintenance
Clean the appliance immediately after use to
prevent the deposits inside the blender jug.
Pour approx. 900 ml of water into the blender jug

start the appliance for about 10 seconds by pressing and
holding the
”PULSE”
button.
Remove the water from the blender jug

down and allow it to dry.

warm water with washing-up liquid, if necessary.
Rinse it under the stream of clean, running water, and

If you have a large quantity of ingredients to
process, do it at several stages. Take a small
amount to begin with, start the appliance for
a short while, and then switch it off. Add another
small portion of the ingredients. Make sure that
you do not exceed the attachment sieve level.
Repeat the actions until all ingredients are
blended.
Always remove the attachment for centrifuging
juice from soft fruit and soy beans (10) from the
jug, and wash it in warm water with washing-up
liquid immediately after use.
PREPARING SOY BEAN MILK
Pour ca. 900 ml of water through the opening in the lid into
the jug with the attachment for centrifuging juice from soft
fruit and soy beans mounted on the motor unit. Then pour
ca. 200 g of soaked soy beans.
Soak soy beans in water for 6 to 12 hours
before blending.
Process the soy beans for 60 seconds at a maximum speed,
and stop the appliance. Wait for 60 seconds, and then repeat
the action until the soybean mass is uniform.
Pour thus obtained soybean milk into a saucepan, and cause
it to boil. You can add some sugar to the milk to improve its
taste. The milk can be served hot or cold.

The coffee grinder has been designated for grinding and
milling of such ingredients as pepper, coffee beans, rice,
wheat, sesame seeds, nuts (shelled), etc.
The grinder has not been designated for
grinding down very hard ingredients such as
ice cubes or nutmeg.
Never use the grinder for grinding sugar as this
may damage the appliance.
