Import/export patient list
The
Import Patient List
function of the
Extras
menu permits you to
import new patient data records.
A continuous automatic request for new data records might be useful
for simple updating of data in the network (see Fig. 20).
For the import of patient data you can use any text file format. Use the
list separator displayed in the
Settings – Import / Export
dialog box
(see page 32). Strictly keep the following order of data entry:
Name; First Name; Date of Birth; Patient ID
The current patient list of the instrument can be exported from the
instrument by using the menu command
Extras – Export Patient List
.
Note
Regularly use the export function for data backup to prevent any
data loss.
