4.5 Placing the Coordinate System
Note: If the administrator chose the default position, this step
is skipped.
Coordinate systems help to locate measurements exactly on
the sample. The position of the coordinate system is defi ned
by the administrator.
If the administrator chose a specifi c position for the coordinate
system (for example a distinctive feature on the sample), you
have to place the coordinate system in the same location.

Look at the position of the coordinate system in the
reference image.
The coordinate system is placed in a similar location in
the microscope image.

Drag the handles until the position and orientation of the
coordinate system in the microscope image is identical to
the reference image.

Tap the icon.
