General safety instructions

A fan for cooling the electronic components is inte-
grated in this appliance. This fan switches itself on
depending on the registered temperature and has
two speeds which are adapted to the output and
number of the cooking zones in use.

An object with small dimensions such as a fork, a
knife or a ring etc. which is placed on the plate is not
recognised as a pan. The indicator flashes and no
heating output is emitted. The safety system reacts
in the same way when it recognises a pan which is
not suitable for cooking on a ceramic induction hob.
