Electrical connection

The electrical connection of the hob must be carried
out by qualified persons. Protection against acciden-
tal contact must be guaranteed through the appli-
ance being installed in accordance with the
regulations.

The appliance must be disconnected from the mains
during installation.

Ensure that the output of the electrical system is suf-
ficient and that the electrical cables are in good con-
dition, as well as being suitable for the current
intensity required for the cooking field. Allowance
must be made here for the other connected electrical
appliances.

The appliance must be earthed in accordance with
the regulations of the standard NF.C 15100 and the
valid regulations.

We accept no liability for accidents or incidents
caused by the lack of or a defective earth.

The mains cable must not be extended under any
circumstances. The mains connections (wall sock-
ets) must be near to the cooking field being installed.

The appliance must be disconnected from the mains
when a qualified technician is carrying out repairs.
If a crack, a rupture or a breakage can be seen on
the surface, disconnect the appliance from the
mains.
If the mains cable has to be replaced, order it from
your specialist dealer and have it replaced by a qual-
ified electrician.

Connecting the hob

The induction cooking field can be connected either
single-phase or double-phase.
