Use the Password Feature
Note:
Once a password has been set, it can be changed, but the requirement of a password cannot be undone.
(1)
In the System Setup tab, click
go
next to
Set Password
.

The change password options appear. Enter your desired password twice and click
change
.

Wait for the password options to disappear. This indicates that the password has changed.
(4)
Retype the IP address or refresh the web browser. You will now see a log in prompt. The default
User Name
is “
admin
”. Enter your newly selected
Password
.

You will now be able to access the user interface only through logging in with this password.

At any point, you can also click the
logout
button to return to the login prompt.
Click “change”
Click “go”
Enter new password twice
