The MPTS Tab

Rate
1-80M (
36M)
The total transport rate of the MPTS stream.
This should equal the bitrates of all channels
going into this stream plus at least a 10%
overhead. For example, if 4x 8Mbps channels
are being packed into the MPTS stream, the
recommended Rate is at least 36Mbps.
Destination 1
asi
udp://{IP}:{port}
Used to define where the multiple channels will
be routed to after being combined into 1
stream.
In most cases, “asi” is used.
The MPTS can also be used to send this
combined stream to a UDP URL or to a file.
Destination 2
asi
udp://{IP}:{port}
An optional second destination for the MPTS
streams.
Address
(udp only)
When “udp” is selected, allows user to specify
the UDP address the MPTS should stream to.
Can be multicast or unicast.
Address

the UDP port the MPTS should stream to.
