Going back to the Encoder board (192.168.0.7), change the settings to match those in the figure
below. Here a multicast address is used. You can also try streaming unicast to the IP address of
the Decoder board (192.168.81.7 in this example). Using multicast allows you to also open VLC
and view the stream from there:
