WARNING: The MMCX connectors on the FSDI-DCK-1x board are designed to connect firmly one-time
to preserve product quality in production environment. If you need to connect/dis-connect the CBL-
0033-01 from the MMCX connector multiple times, please remove the ring on the CBL-0033-01 to
reduce the tension on the connection (see pictures below). For production, please leave the ring on
the CBL-0033-01 to insure security.
Needle nose pliers will be needed to remove ring from MMCX to BNC cable.

Next locate the MMCX connector on the Front End PCB Use the MMCX to MCX cable to connect the
camera to the board. In the example, a FLIR Tau 2 IR camera is used (contact Sales for more
information about this camera).
NOTE:
On software release 2.40i and later the Sony FCB-ER8550 camera can be genlocked via a vertical line sync
to multiple other Sony FCB-ER8550 cameras by connecting an analog composite source (NTSC/PAL; 29.97/25fps)
through the MMCX connector. (A high quality analog composite source is recommended).
