(a) With one hand hold

on the left frame prepare to take the weight of this.

RUNG 2
, push one button towards the centre of

and then release
the button.
(c) While still holding
RUNG 1
, push the button on the other end of
RUNG 2
towards the centre and then release the button and carefully lower
RUNG 1
onto
RUNG 2
