Stop after dilution
The inlet damper open limit switch did
not turn ON within 180 seconds after it
received the open signal.
Contact your local Johnson Controls
Service Center.
Inlet Damper Close
Failure
The inlet damper close limit switch did
not turn ON within 180 seconds after it
received the close signal.
Outlet Damper Open
Failure
The outlet damper open limit switch did
not turn ON within 180 seconds after it
received the open signal.
Outlet Damper Close
Failure
The outlet damper close limit switch did
not turn ON within 180 seconds after it
received the close signal.
Air Damper Open
Failure
The air damper open limit switch did
not turn ON within 180 seconds after it
received the open signal.
Air Damper Close
Failure
The air damper close limit switch did
not turn ON within 180 seconds after it
received the close signal.
Inlet Damper
Overcurrent
The inlet damper motor current
exceeded the rated value and the
thermal relay was activated.
Outlet Damper
Overcurrent
The outlet damper motor current
exceeded the rated value and the
thermal relay was activated.
Air Damper
Overcurrent
The air damper motor current exceeded
the rated value and the thermal relay
was activated.
Bypass Damper
Overcurrent
The bypass damper motor current
exceeded the rated value and the
thermal relay was activated.
Air Damper
Overheated
The air damper motor coil temperature
rose too high. The motor overheat
switch activated.
Air Damper Failure
The air damper open or close torque
limit switch activated.
Waste Gas Leak
Abnormal
The HG (XG) solution temperature
exceeded the setting value while the
engine operated. The temperature
continued to rise even after the unit
stopped.
Contact your local Johnson Controls
Service Center.
WARNING: A waste exhaust gas leak
failure is very serious. If the gas engine
keeps running, crystallization of the
solution in the unit or damage or the
HG (XG) tubes may result. Stop the
gas engine immediately.
