Adjust the 
resistance here

Adjusting the resistance

This rower features a speed independent braking (resistance) system.  
The resistance is controlled by a magnet, which is moved closer 
or further away from the fanwheel – the closer the magnet is to 
the fanwheel the higher the resistance.  The magnet is computer 
controlled, to adjust simply press ‘+’ / ‘-’ buttons on the console.  The 
resistance levels go from 1 = easy to 16 = hard

Fold for storage

1.  Push computer fully back

2.  Remove handwheel

5.  Lift up track

6. 

Unfold for use
