aDjuSting thE rESiStancE
This rower features a speed independent braking
(resistance) system. The resistance is controlled by a
magnet, which is moved closer or further away from the
fan wheel - the closer the magnet is to the fan wheel
the higher the resistance. The magnet is computer
controlled, to adjust simply press “+ / -” buttons on the
console. The resistance levels go from 1 = easy to 16 =
hard.

Push computer fully back. 1.
Remove hand wheel. 2.
Push middle down to floor. 3.
Support front by holding knob. 4.
Lift up track. 5.
Re-fit hand wheel fully. 6.
unfoLD for uSE
Remove hand wheel. 1.
Support front by holding knob. 2.
Carefully lower track. 3.
Lower front. 4.
Re-fit hand wheel fully. 5.
