Remove Plastic Safety Shield

Remove the DC plastic shield, by loosening four (4) screws with a #2 Phillips-head screwdriver as shown in Figure 3-16.
The screws do not need to be completely removed. Slide the plastic cover to the right and remove, set aside in a safe
place for reinstallation. Figure 3-16 shows the wiring box with plastic shield highlighted.

AC Connection

Ensure the AC Switch is in the OFF position before wiring.

Ensure the external AC breaker is in the OFF position before wiring.

      WARNING

Turn AC Switch to OFF: Verify the absence of AC voltage prior to landing any conductors.
Turn the external AC breaker OFF: Verify the absence of AC voltage prior to landing any conductors.

Land the ECG in the left most terminal block, see Figure 3-17. Using a 4.75mm flat head screw driver, torque to the
proper value, reference Table 3-5.

If required, land the neutral conductor in the terminal block, see Figure 3-17. Using a 4.75mm flat head screwdriver,
torque to the proper value, reference Table 3-5.

NOTICE !

Neutral to Ground Jumper: Do not use a jumper between ground and Neutral if the Neutral conductor is connected.
Using a jumper with the Neutral conductor connected may result in damage and will void the warranty.

Land the three (3) AC conductors, Phase 1 (A), Phase 2 (B), and Phase 3 (C) left to right ensuring a clockwise phase
rotation. Using a 4.75mm flat head screwdriver, torque to the proper value, reference Table 3-5.

Slide to the right, then lift to remove
