NOTICE
A battery charger specially designed for
hermetically sealed batteries is needed
to charge this battery. Using a normal
battery charger will damage the battery.
Battery storage
1. Remove the battery if not using the
Snowblower for one month or more,
fully charge the battery, and store it in a
cool, dry location.
2. If storing the battery for two months or
more, inspect it at least once a month
and charge it as necessary.
3. Fully charge the battery before install-
ing it again.
4. After installing the battery, check that
the leads are correctly connected to the
battery terminals.
NOTICE
Always keep the battery charged. Stor-
ing a discharged battery can cause per-
manent battery damage.
REPLACING THE FUSE
WARNING
9
Always use a fuse of the specified
rating, and never use a substitute
object in place of the proper fuse. An
improper fuse or a substitute object
can cause damage to the electrical
system, which could lead to a fire.
9
Avoid spraying water around the fuse
when washing the Snowblower. Do-
ing so may cause electricity to leak or
a short circuit to occur.
1. Stop the engine and remove the engine
switch key.
2. Remove the screws 1. Then, remove
the screws 2 and collars, and the right
