Turn the servo motor once in 
the open direction and then 
in the close direction.

valve

When the ISC (idle speed 
control) valve fully closes, 
and then it opens until it is at 
the standby opening position 
when the engine is started. 
This operation takes approxi-
mately 12 seconds until it is 
completed.
