ACIN Connector Assembly
(Time Required: About 7 minutes)

Separate the upper case unit and lower case unit.
(See procedure 1.)

Remove the AC upper frame assembly. (See procedure 5.)

Remove the four (4) screws marked [S04C] and the
screw marked [S11B]. The ACIN connector assembly
can then be removed together with the power switch
angle. (Fig. 4)

Remove the two (2) screws marked [S03H]. The power
switch angle can then be removed. (Photo 2)

The push button is not part of the ACIN connector
assembly. When replacing the ACIN connector
assembly (push switch), remove the push button
from the push switch of the ACIN connector
assembly and install it on the new ACIN connector
assembly. (Photo 2)

SPOL Circuit Board, SPOR Circuit Board
(Time Required: About 6 minutes)
10-1 Separate the upper case unit and lower case unit.
(See procedure 1.)

Remove the two (2) screws marked [S04D]. The SPOL
circuit board can then be removed. (Fig. 5)

The SPOR circuit board can be removed in the same
way.

HP Circuit Board
(Time Required: About 6 minutes)
11-1 Separate the upper case unit and lower case unit.
(See procedure 1.)

Remove the three (3) screws marked [S03I]. The HP
circuit board can then be removed. (Fig. 5)
12. PNL Circuit Board
(Time Required: About 10 minutes)
12-1 Remove the slider knob (ASSIGN) from the control
panel. (Fig. 6)

Separate the upper case unit and lower case unit.
(See procedure 1.)

Remove the two (2) screws marked [S05A]. The protect
sheet PNC can then be removed. (Fig. 7)
12-4 Remove
the four (4) screws marked [S05B]. The two (2)
panel stays (A) can then be removed. (Fig. 7)

Remove the twenty-two (22) screws marked [S05C].
The PNL circuit board can then be removed. (Fig. 7)

13. EN Circuit Board
(Time Required: About 6 minutes)
13-1 Remove the encoder knob from the control panel.
(Fig. 6, Fig. 8)

Separate the upper case unit and lower case unit.
(See procedure 1.)

Remove the three (3) screws marked [S05D]. The ENC
assembly can then be removed. (Fig. 7)
13-4 Remove the hexagonal nut marked [B] and the washer
marked [C]. The ENC stay can then be removed. (Fig. 9)

PNC Circuit Board
(Time Required: About 8 minutes)
14-1 Remove the eight (8) slider knobs (ASSIGN) and the
encoder knob from the control panel. (Fig. 6)

Separate the upper case unit and lower case unit.

Remove the ENC assembly. (See procedure 13-3)

Remove the protect sheet PNC. (See procedure 12-3)

Release the lock at the back of the LCD unit, open the
LCD unit and remove the screw marked [S05E] which
has been hidden. (Fig. 10, 11)
14-6 Remove the two (2) screws marked [S05F]. The panel
stay (B) can then be removed. (Fig. 10)

Remove the three (3) screws marked [S05G]. The PNC
circuit board can then be removed. (Fig. 10)
