Clamp the wire harness, cool-
ant hose and T.P.S. coupler. Di-
rect the front end of clamp to-
ward the intake silencer side.
As for the T.P.S. coupler, clamp
it only the side having the T.P.S.
lead (the front side of the ve-
hicle).
T.P.S. coupler
Joint connector
Starter (choke) cable
Throttle cable
Oil pump cable
Route the CDI magneto cou-
pler along the coolant hose.
Ignition coil coupler
T.O.R.S. lead coupler
Clamp the coolant hose,
T.O.R.S. lead coupler and igni-
tion coil lead.
Clamp them between ignition
coil lead coupler and position
behind the thermo sensor cou-
pler.
However, the leads should be
routed without excessive force
loaded such as sharp bending.
