Troubleshooting

The power cannot
be turned on.

disable the Auto Power Off function or set
it to a longer time.
The power turns
off unexpectedly
while charging.
Loud sounds are being
output from the built-in
speaker while charging the
battery with a low current,
such as via a USB
connection with a computer.
Follow the instructions on
charge this product.
In addition, instead of using the built-in
speaker, connect an external audio device
to the [PHONES/OUTPUT] jack.
No sound or volume too low

The product is set so that
sound is not output from the
built-in speaker.
Set
other than “Off.”
An audio cable is connected
to the [PHONES/OUTPUT]
jack.
Disconnect the cable connected to the
[PHONES/OUTPUT] jack, or set the
to “On.”
The volume is set too low.
Increase the volume, as described in the
following sections.
The current Kit is set so that
no sound is generated by any
