INSTALLING THE REAR SIDE COVERS

The following procedure applies to both of the 
rear side covers.
1. Install:

• Rear side cover “1”

a. Fit the projection “a” on the rear side cover 

into the grommet “b” and fit the lower fender 
cover “2” between the rear side cover and the 
projections “c” on the rear side cover.

b. Install the rear side cover bolt (M8 

×

 25 mm) 

“3”, rear side cover bolt (M6 

×

 12 mm) “4”, fuel 

tank cover bolt (M5 

×

 12 mm) “5” and quick 

fasteners, and then tighten the bolts to spec-
ification.
