Align the mounting blocks that came with your
LockNLoad Platform with the brackets.
Then tighten the M6 x 16mm capscrews
from your LockNLoad Platform to 4 Nm
with a 4mm hex or torque wrench.
ATTACH THE MOUNTING BLOCKS TO YOUR CROSSBARS.
Clean your crossbars. Locate the clamp under and around the crossbar and guide it
through the holes in the bracket. Hand thread the nuts and washers and tighten to 2.5 Nm
with a 10mm wrench.
NOTE:
For 2” round crossbars or 2” square steel tubing, it may be
necessary to remove the clamp bails from the u-bolts before installing the clamps.

ROOF RACK
applications space brackets inboard of the towers as wide as possible.
For
TRUCK BED
applications space brackets as wide as possible on the crossbars.
