Video Input parameters
This section describes how to setup the video input settings.
3.4.1
Video standard detection
The XVC encoder automatically detects the video and the audio standard.
Refer to fig 3.
Note
for interlaced sources the height shown is of a field so for 1080i60
the following parameters will be displayed: Width

1920,
Height – 540
, Framerate

60, Scanning mode

Interlace.
3.4.2
3D noise reduction
Noise reduction uses an advance algorithm to clean the image from noise
while maintaining a crisp image. Each video channel can have a separate
noise filter with the following parameters:

- disable noise filter

Spatial
- 2D noise filter
c.
Temporal
- Uses previous frames to reduce noise
d.
STemporal
- 3D noise filter
