Using a Chat box
In addition to communicating with audio, you can communicate with one or more people on line
using a chat box.
To use a chat box during a videoconference:
1 Click the Chat button on the Video Conference Center.
The Chat box appears. Here's a sample showing messages already sent back and forth:

In the Send to box, click the down arrow menu and select who you want to chat with. To chat with
everyone in the conference, select Everyone in Chat.

Type the message in the Message box.

Press Enter or click the Send button to send the message.
