Issue
Possible Cause and Solution
The robot vacuum cannot turn off.
The robot vacuum cannot be turned off when it is charging. It is recommended to move the robot vacuum
from the omni station, and then press and hold the power button for three seconds to turn it off.
If the above steps do not work, press and hold the power button for 15 seconds to turn off the robot
vacuum forcefully. If the issue persists, please contact the after-sales service team.
The charging speed is slow.
It takes about 6.5 hours to charge the robot vacuum from low battery level to full.
To extend the service life of the battery, the robot vacuum will automatically reduce its charging speed at
high or low ambient temperatures.
The charging contacts may be dirty, please wipe them clean with a dry cloth.
The robot vacuum makes a loud
noise when it is running.
The dust compartment is full, please empty it.
A hard object may be caught in the brush or the dust compartment. Check and remove any hard object.
The brush or the side brush may become tangled. Check and remove any foreign objects.
Set the robot vacuum's suction to standard or silent mode as needed.
The robot vacuum moves in a
chaotic route.
Objects on the floor, such as cables and slippers, may get in the way of the robot vacuum. It is
recommended to tidy them up before use.
The robot vacuum may slip when running on wet or slippery flooring. It is recommended to dry the floor
before use.
Wipe the line laser sensors and the AI visual recognition sensor on the robot vacuum with a clean, soft
cloth to keep them clean and unobstructed.
The dust compartment is not fully
emptied.
Check whether the disposable bag in the dust cabinet is full.
If the disposable bag is not full, check whether there is any obstruction at the auto-empty vents of the
robot vacuum, the station, or the dust compartment. If any, clean the blocked part in time.
