Possible Cause and Solution
The robot vacuum does not turn on.
The battery level is low. Fully charge the robot vacuum, and then try again.
The ambient temperature is lower than 0°C or higher than 40°C. Make sure to use the robot vacuum between
0°C and 40°C.
The robot vacuum does not charge.
The omni station is not connected to power, please make sure both ends of its power cord are correctly
plugged in.
The contact between the charging contacts on the omni station and the robot vacuum is poor, please clean
the charging contacts.
Check whether there is any foreign object at the connector of the robot vacuum and remove the foreign
object if any.
Network configuration fails.
The Wi-Fi password is incorrect. Make sure the password entered is correct.
Switch to a 2.4 GHz network, as 5 GHz networks and enterprise routers are not supported currently.
Make sure the robot vacuum stays within an area with a good Wi-Fi signal.
The robot vacuum may not be in the awaiting connection state. Exit and reopen the app, and follow the
correct steps to try configuring the network again.
The robot vacuum cannot find and
return to the omni station.
The omni station is disconnected from power or moved when the robot vacuum is not on it.
There are too many obstructions around the omni station. Place the omni station in a more open area.
Moving the robot vacuum may cause it to re-position itself, and it will recreate a map if re-positioning fails. If
the robot vacuum is too far from the omni station, it might not be able to automatically return on its own, in
which case you will need to manually place the robot vacuum onto the omni station.
Wipe the signaling area on the omni station to remove dust or debris.
The robot vacuum does not respond
while pressing the buttons on the
omni station.
The robot vacuum is not on the omni station. Manually place the robot vacuum onto the omni station or use
the app to return it.
