General charging fault diagnosis
In normal use, connect the plug to the power socket, and the control box will check the ground cable of the charging socket. If no
ground cable is detected, the power supply indicator and connection indicator are on and the charging is prohibited. If the ground ca-
ble is detected, after the four indicators of the control box are on for 1s, the power indicator will be on. After the charging gun is con-
nected to the socket of the vehicle, the connection indicator will be on. After the self-check of the charger at the vehicle end, the con-
trol box will allow charging. The relay will start charging after the control box is closed, and the charging indicator will flash at the same
time.
After charging, the charging indicator will be off, while the power supply indicator and connection indicator are on. During charging, pull
out the power plug first and then the charging gun to avoid damaging the plug or power socket.
Protection function
Output over-current protection
When current >13A, the protection will be initiated and the output will be disconnected.
Residual current protection
Unbalanced current between L and N
,
when
current >13A, the protection will be initiated
and the output will be disconnected.
Input under-voltage protection
Input voltage
<
176V± 4V, the protection will be initiated and the output will be disconnected.
Input over-voltage protection
Input voltage
<
264V± 4V, the protection will be initiated and the output will be disconnected.
Charging completion protection
When the charging current
<
1A for a long time, the charging is completed, and the
protection will be initiated and the output will be disconnected.
Over-temperature protection
75° C, inside temperature, the output will be disconnected.
