5. Hold onto the drum cartridge handle and slide the
cartridge out of the copier.
Note:
Help the environment by recycling your used
drum cartridge. Refer to the
XEROX
green team
brochure packed with the drum cartridge for instructions
on how to return the used cartridge to
XEROX
.
6. Unpack the new drum cartridge and place on a flat
surface.
7. Remove the protective material.
Note:
To help prevent copy quality problems, never
touch the shiny surface of the drum.
8. Position the drum cartridge guide onto rail, making sure
not to touch the surface of the drum.
9. Slide the cartridge into the copier. Ensure the cartridge
is installed correctly.
10. Close the copier
11. Close the copier front cover.
12. Switch the copier on.
