Clearing Paper Jams from the Tray 2 Area 

To resolve the error that appears on the control panel, clear all paper from the paper path. 
1.

 

Pull out Tray 2 until it stops. 

 

2.

 

To remove the tray, lift the front of it slightly, then pull it out of the printer. 

 

3.

 

Remove any crumpled paper from the tray and any remaining paper jammed at the front of 

the printer.
