Job Completion Notification
Select the
Notify me when my job completes
option if you want to be notified when your job
is finished printing. A message appears in the lower-right corner of your computer screen
displaying the name of the job and the name of the system where it was printed.
Note:
This feature is only available when your system is connected to your computer over a
network.
To select job notification in a supported driver:

Select the
Output Options
tab.

Check the
Notify Me When My Job Completes
box.

Click
OK
