Insert Tray 1 or Tray 1 Missing

The printer’s front panel displays “Insert Tray 1” or “Tray 1 is Missing”. The tray 1 
cavity is free of debris and obstructions. The paper tray is free of defects and properly 
inserted into the printer. Printer power has been cycled and the message still appears.
