FRU Disassembly - Removal and Replacement Procedures

Caution: The yellow and gray harnesses on the EEPROM Board 

contain the same number of pins, but are NOT 
interchangeable. Make sure P/J144 (yellow) is connected 

on the top and the P/J145 (gray) is connected to the 
bottom.

9.

Free the harness in step 6 from the bottom portion of the Housing Assembly Bias.

10.

On the right side of the printer, disconnect P/J52 and P/J50 from the Motor Driver 
Board and disconnect P/J162 from the Low-Voltage Power Supply. 

11.

Remove 1 screw securing the Fuser ground wire (right side) and move out of the 
way.

12.

Free the wiring harness on the Fuser Drive Assembly from the clamp on the Main 

Drive Assembly.

13.

Free the wiring harness on the Fuser 2 Harness Assembly from the hook of the 
housing on the right side of the printer.
