A paper jam has occurred at the duplex module.

Control Panel Message

Corrective Action

Paper Jam-

Open Rear Cover

Go behind the printer, squeeze
the latch on the top left of the
rear cover and pull the cover
open.

Remove any jammed paper.

Be careful not to touch
the fuser. It becomes
very hot from printing.

Remove DuplxUnit

Clear Paper Path

Slide the green tabs to the left
and right of the duplex module
inwards and pull the duplex
module out of the printer.
