2.8 Direct Printing of PDF Files

„ Printing PDF Files With a Simple Procedure
You can print PDF files with a simple procedure if this printer is set as the default printer and
a shortcut icon of [ContentsBridge.exe] is created on the desktop.
1. Drag and drop the PDF file to be printed over the shortcut icon of
[ContentsBridge.exe].
The [Print Settings Confirmation] dialog box appears.
2. To set print settings using the [PDF File Print] dialog box, click [Print Settings] (1).
If there is no need to set print settings, click [OK] in the [Print Settings Confirmation]
dialog box (2). The print data will be sent to the printer.
Selecting this check box will enable print
data to be sent to the printer when you just
drag and drop the PDF file after the printer
has been activated again.
Note
• If the check box is not selected,
double-click the shortcut icon to activate
it. When you drag and drop the file the
next time, the [Print Settings
Confirmation] dialog box appears again.

Clicking [OK] will send
the print data to the
