Viewing Tray Status

To view paper supply and output tray status:

1.

Open your Web browser and enter the TCP/IP address of the
Document Centre in the Address or Location field.

2.

Click the Status tab or click Status in the directory tree.

3.

Click Trays. The paper supply, including the paper’s tray, sta-
tus, size, color, and type are displayed on the page. Output tray
status, including the installed paper tray and its status, also
appears.

4.

Click Refresh Tray Status to update the page with the latest
tray status information.
