8 User sets
The functionality and user interface described below may change without
notice.
Clearing or overwriting existing user sets stored in camera memory is
irreversible.
Each Wildcat camera is equipped with 10 user set slots. Nine of these slots allow the user to
store a certain setting configuration onboard the camera, and quickly switch between stored
configurations. The 10
th
contains the
Factory default
configuration and is read-only.
All user set functionality can be found in the
Settings
– Storage
tab in Xeneth. The
corresponding camera registers may be found in Chapter 9.1.8.
Saving a user set
To save a new user set, follow these steps:
1. On the
Settings
– Camera
tab, configure the camera as desired.
2. On the
Settings
– Storage
tab, use
User set control
– Selector
to select one of the 9
user set slots. Note that the
Factory default
user set cannot be overwritten.
3.
User set control
– Slot info
will update to indicate whether the slot already contains
existing user set data. Occupied user sets must be cleared (Chapter 8.3) first.
4. Execute
User set control
– Save
to save the current camera configuration in the
selected slot.
