END Mode:
Press the STOP key to end a program and Enter END mode. The console will display
summary metrics of your workout. Summary metrics are displayed on three outputs that loop twice before
the console will return to STANDBY mode. Summary metrics three outputs displayed in Figure 5:
a. RESULTS: Total time, Total Distance, and Total Calories
b. MAX: Maximum Watts, Speed, RPM, and Heart Rate**
c. AVE: Average Watts, Speed, RPM, Pace, and Heart Rate**
**Heart Rate will only be displayed if wearing a compatible heart rate monitor

QUICK START Program:
Users can begin a workout without selecting a program by either pressing the
START key or moving the running belt from STANDBY mode. All metrics on the console will count up as
shown in Figure 6.
Start:
Press START Key or begin walking/running.
Run:
All metrics will count up during the workout.
Finish:
Press STOP key. Summary metrics in END mode will be displayed.

INTERVAL Programs:
Choose from a variety of interval programs to with preset segments or customize
your own. This type of training is commonly known as Tabata® or as High Intensity Interval Training
(H.I.I.T). The Rest/Work Indicator lights on the console will be signaled during the intervals.
Interval 20/10 and Interval 10/20 Programs:

20 minutes Work / 10 minutes Rest (Figure 7).
