STANDBY Mode: 

Once the batteries are installed into the console, the console will turn on flash Figure 1 

and enter STANDBY mode as depicted in Figure 2. “PRESS START” will be displayed on the screen. 
STANDBY Mode will automatically time out after ten (10) minutes without activity and the console will turn 
off.

SLEEP Mode: 

After ten (10) minutes of inactivity, the console will automatically enter SLEEP mode, 

depicted in Figure 3.

PAUSE Mode: 

During a workout or program, press the START key to enter into PAUSE mode. The 

display will read 

“PAUSED” as depicted in Figure 4. To return to the previous program, press the START 

key again.
