User’s manual

Please check carefully the foundation, location and other conditions before starting the construction. Please study and

understand the important information and related precautions in this manual, so that the installation is easier, and more

convenient for you.

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS:

Read all the instructions and information before you start, make sure you follow the order of the steps for good results.

INSTALLATION SITE OPTIONS:

A good location for the storage building is a square, flat surface with good drainage. The base is not included in the kit and it may

be necessary to purchase it separately or build a foundation and anchoring system yourself. The base of the foundation should

be 10 cm larger than the base rail of the Garden Shed (a concrete slab at least 10 cm thick is recommended). A solid sheet of

plastic (at least 150μm thick) should be placed under the foundation to help reduce rising damp from the ground, and therefore

the build-up of condensation in the shed. Your building must be anchored to prevent wind damage. Once fixed, it is strongly

recommended that you apply silicone to the inside of the base rail to minimise condensation.

LIST OF ELEMENTS AND ACCESSORIES:

Before you start, check that you have all the parts you need for your building (see “Parts list” page). Do not attempt to assemble

the building if any parts are missing, as a building left partially assembled can be seriously damaged. Remove the protective

layer before assembly and keep the part number label in case you need it.

THE REQUESTED INSTRUMENTS (SEE PICTURES):

SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Choose a dry, calm day for your assembly. Teamwork (two or more people) is necessary during assembly. It is also advisable

to complete assembly in one day to avoid damaging the product or losing small parts. Keep all small parts (screws, etc.) in a

bowl so they don’t get lost.

2. Wear safety gloves, goggles and long sleeves during assembly to avoid injury. Be careful of sharp edges on some parts.
3. Children and pets are not allowed on the construction site.
4. Never concentrate your entire weight on the roof of the building. If you use a stepladder, make sure it is safe.

MAINTENANCE AND CARE:

1. Keep things clean in the internal and external storage room, wipe this room by the soft cloths, use pure water if necessary;
2. In order to ensure a favourable sliding of the door, please keep the door rails clean and remove the bastringue and the waste

from the door rails in time.

3. Clear the snow in time, as heavy snow will cause the door to jam. Check the safety before entering;
4. This garage is only used for storage of objects, it is not allowed to use it as a residence or other function.
