Remove side covers. Check and tighten set
screw, and all other hardware. Replace side
covers.

Remove left side cover and bottom cover.
Remove the 11 E-shaped retainer rings.
Remove the E-Ring and washer which mounts
the drive wheel to the drive plate. Using a nut
driver, remove the 2 elastic stop nuts and 2
plastic washers. Remove the drive plate. Us
ing a hex key wrench, loosen the set screw
holding the motor shaft to the drive wheel.
Remove the screws and bushings from the
motor, and disconnect the power leads. If an
ohm meter is available, check motor
resistance with value on wiring diagram.
Replace as necessary. Reassemble using
reverse procedure.
