Changing Cutter Knives

Maintenance

1.

Replace Cutter inserts as needed by removing the Insert Screw (Part 127209) using the
provided T20 T-Handle wrench as shown in Figure 6-2. Place in the new insert.

2.

Cutter Knives can be rotated up to 4 times to a fresh sharp cutting edge before replacing.

CAUTION

:  Do  not  over  torque  the  insert  screws  to  prevent

damage to the screws and cutter head.
