Root Vegetable Fries
Buffalo Chicken Cups
Makes 2 servings
INGREDIENTS
1 large root vegetable, such as rutabaga, turnip or parsnip
Spray oil, as desired
Kosher salt to taste
METHOD

Cut vegetable into thin fries.

Place all ingredients into a plastic zip top bag then shake to coat.

Place Air Fryer Basket on Baking/Drip Pan then transfer fries to the Air
Fryer Basket.

Place in oven in bottom rack position.

Set Timer Knob to 15 minutes, Temperature Knob to 400°F, Function Knob
to Air Fry and Speed Knob to High.

Air-fry for 15 minutes, using tongs to toss every 5 minutes or until browned
and crispy.

When air-frying is complete, remove and serve.

INGREDIENTS
2 soft bread slices
Spray oil, as desired
1 can (4 ounces) diced chicken, drained
4 tablespoons bottled buffalo wing sauce
4 teaspoons blue cheese crumbles
Kosher salt and fresh pepper to taste
METHOD
1
Press each bread slice into a ramekin to form a cup then spray with oil.

Divide remaining ingredients between the bread cups.

Place Wire Rack in oven in middle rack position.

Place ramekins on Wire Rack.

Set Timer Knob to 8 minutes, Temperature Knob to 400°F, Function Knob
to Air Fry and Speed Knob to Med.

Air-fry for 4 minutes then rotate ramekins and continue to air-fry for an
additional 4 minutes or until bread is toasted and chicken is hot.

When air-frying is complete, remove and serve.
