3.7 Connection settings – IF the modem was already configured
#Step 1: Push the
icon on the main window, and select a connection mode:
- Listener IP address connection, if you want to configure the device by remote TCP
connection (in this case you have to know the SIM card’s registered IP address (
Listener
IP address) and the Listener port number)
- Serial port* connection, if you want to configura via serial local port. Then choose the
USB adapter
modem
COM port’s number and 115200 value to the Baud rate.
*At the first connection, you need to use the serial connection, becase the APN is not
configured yet, therefore the modem cannot register to the celular network by the SIM
card.
#Step 2: Push the connetion button (e.g. Start serial communication).
