3. Network configuration of the router
3.1 Quick internet module / SIM settings (Modem settings)
The quick settings of the SIM card and wireless modem / cellular network settings of the router can
be configured at the Network menu, Modem settings menu item.
Here you must define the APN account name which is supported by the SIM card and your mobile
operator. (APN is the Internet access point name, it can be public or enclosed according to the used
mobile SIM data service).
When you will not set any value for the APN, the router will restart the modem sequentially in
every 10 minutes until it is not configured properly.
Here you can define the SIM card’s PIN code if it is necessary for the connection.
Note, that the PIN code which is already configured here, it cannot be seen here due to the security
rules – the characters are placed by asterix signs.
Configure the PIN code if you would like to change.
The PAP/CHAP username and PAP/CHAP password settings can be also configured here (as
authentication method) – if it is required for the connection.
Click to the

button for saving the settings.
