2.6 Low Voltage Controller Is Not Operating the Attached Device
1. All other Integris® 2001 Headwall System electrical systems are
operational.
Yes No

Restore electrical service from the building to the Integris®
2001 Headwall System.
2. If so equipped, the applicable Integris® Headwall 2001 Headwall System
circuit breaker is in the ON position.
Yes No

Reset the applicable circuit breaker to the ON position.
3. The low voltage controller is operational.
Yes No
↓ →
Go to step 5.
4. Go to “Final Actions” on page 2-5.
SHOCK HAZARD:
Use care when checking live voltages. Do not touch live terminals,
wires, and ground. Failure to use caution could result in personal injury.
5. Perform the following:
a. Gain access to the low voltage controller in the Integris® 2001
Headwall System raceway.
b. Determine the type of low voltage controller installed by observing the
part number.
c. Measure the voltage between the black and the white power input wires
(see figure 2-1 on page 2-17).
NOTE:
The voltage will depend on which low voltage controller is installed.
A voltage reading of 120V AC, 240V AC, or 277V AC is present.

Repair or replace the wiring between the low voltage controller
and the wall box, as required.
6. Perform the following:
a. Gain access to the read/indirect light switch.
