4. Mounting the changeover unit
– Drill holes for metal dowels 0.39 inch / 10 mm in diameter and insert brass dowels.

– Screw down the changeover unit with four M8 x 30 hexagon screws and U-washers – Fig. 93.

– Remove the changeover unit cover (1 screw at front), and slide the hose clips over the changeover unit connec-
tors – Fig. 91.
– Connect the labeled hoses to their corresponding connections on the changeover unit. The flexible ground
leads must be in contact with their connections. Secure the hoses with hose clips – Fig. 92.
INFORMATION
To make fitting the hoses easier, the changeover unit should be at the same height
as the hoses (wooden boards or similar items can be laid underneath).

Please note!
The changeover unit should be attached only with the brass dowels provided. If it can-
not be securely attached in the masonry with the brass dowels, a
fire-protection tes-
ted injection system
must be used to attach the changeover unit.
INFORMATION
If necessary, slightly pre-position the brass anchor by starting to insert the hexa-
gon screws.
