整套设备现有的汽蚀余量必须始终超过水泵所需的汽蚀余量。

ƒ

由管路系统施加在水泵法兰上的力和力矩(例如由于扭曲、热膨胀)不得超过
允许的力和力矩。

ƒ

在没有机械应力的情况下安装管路和水泵。

ƒ

在固定管路时应注意不要使水泵承受管道的重量。

ƒ

吸入管路要尽可能短。吸入管路在通向水泵时应始终向上敷设,在入口处则向
下敷设。避免进入空气。

ƒ

如果在吸入管路中需要一个挡泥板,则其自由截面必须相当于管路截面的 3-4
倍。

ƒ

对于短管路,公称直径必须至少相当于水泵接口的公称直径。对于长管路,则
选择最为经济的公称直径。

ƒ

为了避免出现压力损失较高的情况,较大公称直径的转接器应设计为具有大约
8° 的扩展角。

注意
避免空穴现象!

• 在水泵的前、后均安装直管路作为稳定管段。稳定管段的长度必须大于 5 倍

泵法兰公称直径。

ƒ

在安装管路之前,拆下水泵入口管和压力喷嘴上的法兰盖。

终检

再次根据“安装”章节所述,检查整泵的找正对中情况。

ƒ

如果有必要,补充拧紧地脚螺栓。

ƒ

检查所有接口是否正确及功能是否正常。

ƒ

联轴器/轴必须可以用手转动。

如果联轴器/轴无法转动:

ƒ

松开联轴器,并用规定的扭矩将其重新拧紧。

如果这个措施无效:

ƒ

拆卸电机(参见“更换电机”章节)。

ƒ

清洁电机定心装置和法兰。

ƒ

重新安装电机。

• 电气设备必须接地。接地方式必须适合驱动装置,并符合现行的标准和规

定。接地端和固定件的尺寸必须合适。

• 注意附件的安装及操作说明书!
